Through our team of organisational psychologists, business consultants, and network of contractors, the National Leadership Institute has a presence in all Australian cities. Our consultants are qualified psychologists and business consultants, who have collective experience in organisational psychology, human resources, coaching, facilitation, and research.

The National Leadership Institute is led by Simon Brown-Greaves. As Group Managing Director, Simon brings his considerable management experience, consulting skills and organisational psychology expertise to clients and his employees alike. Simon’s previous roles have included Group Regional Manager at Chandler Macleod, CEO of the OSA Group, Senior Psychologist for the Victorian Office of Corrections, Manager of the Victoria Police Psychology Unit, and Senior Manager at Davidson Trahaire (Organisational Consultants).
