Paul is a registered psychologist with a diverse background in recruitment, HR and organisational psychology spanning fifteen years. Paul has worked with a range of small, medium, and large organisations across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Paul’s passion is seeing managers gain confidence and peace of mind when they act on our expert advice and, as a consequence, see positive changes in the workplace.
